Set Apart, Not Isolated

Devotional: As followers of Christ, we're called to be "in the world but not of it." This can be a challenging balance to strike. In His prayer, Jesus doesn't ask for His disciples to be taken out of the world, but to be protected as they engage with it. We're meant to be salt and light, influencing the world around us while remaining distinct in our values and behavior. Today, consider areas where you might be too isolated from the world, missing opportunities to be a witness. Conversely, reflect on places where you may have become too conformed to worldly patterns. Ask God for wisdom to live as His ambassador in your specific context.
