Children Of God

1.   By GRACE we become the children of God.

·      Christians have the privilege of being called the “children of God.”

·       John reminds us of the privilege that we have in being called the children of God

o   It is a title (or a name) and it reminds us to whom we belong.

o   It is customary in many Christian homes for children to be given biblical names.

o   Those names carry meaning and set a standard for how lives are to be lived.
